The company pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes within the meaning of the section "Tax-privileged purposes" of the German Fiscal Code (Abgabenordnung). Compliance with the statutory requirements pursuant to §§ 51, 59, 60 and 61 AO was separately confirmed by the Heidelberg tax office (Finanzamt Heidelberg), tax number 32489/22657, by notice pursuant to § 60a AO dated 19 September 2022. The promoted purposes are education, public and vocational training including student support.
